How to Secure your Private Files on your PC Without Using any Software


There are many methods to hide and make files private from other users but in this article, we discuss a unique method to protect our folder.

Benefits

There are some benefits of this method which are given below.
1) No anyone can delete this folder.
2) No anyone can read this folder.
3) Nobody can copy and paste your private folder.

So let's start to create a private folder.

1) First step is to select a folder in which you want to secure and past your private files in it (like “Top Secret”).

2) Now, right-click on the created  (“Top Secret”) folder, and here you see the “Properties” button at the bottom.


3) Click on the “Properties” button and select the “Security” option and click on it.



4) Here click on the selected file like (Administrator…).

5) Now click on the “Edit” button.



6) Again select the same file like (Admensrtator…).

7) Click on all empty boxes in the “Deny” category like this.


8) Finally click on the “Apply” button and next click the “Ok “ button for all notifications.

Now your secure folder is ready to use.

Remove privacy to open it.
The process to remove privacy from the folder is also the same as protecting it. 
Let's make our folder reuseable.
1) The first step is to select a folder from which we remove privacy (like “Top Secret”).

2) Now, right-click on the created  (“Top Secret”) folder, and here you see the “Properties” button at the bottom.

3) Click on the “Properties” button and select the “Security” option and click on it.


4) Here click on the selected file like (Administrator…).

5) Now click on the “Edit” button.

6) Again select the same file like (Admensrtator…).

7) Click on the “Remove” button like this.


8) Finally click on the “Apply” button and next click the “Ok “ button for all notifications.

Now you can excess your private files.
